Admission Committee and Selection Committee for Admission

Selection Committee for admission comprises of the Principal, Secretary, Vice Principal and a senior faculty. The committee decides the mode of admission, date of publication of the list of selected candidates, date of counseling and the date of programme commencement.

The eligible candidates apply for the UG, PG and M.Phil. programmes. Online applications facilities are available. The forms are scrutinized based on the norms issued by the Government of Tamilnadu for Minority Colleges. Selection list is displayed on the college notice board and the information is sent through SMS to selected candidates.

Admission committee includes the Principal, Secretary, Heads of the departments and a senior faculty from each department. The selected candidates are interviewed by the Heads of the respective departments and the Principal before being admitted to the programme.



Term: Term of the Finance Committee shall be three years.

Meetings: The Finance Committee shall meet at least twice a year



  • Budget estimates relating to the grant received/receivable from UGC, and income from fees, etc. collected for the activities to undertake the scheme of autonomy;
  • Audited accounts for the above.
