INTRODUCTION
The
department of Computer Science was commenced in the year 2008. The vision of
the department is “To provide students with the best learning experience with
smart learning atmosphere”. The curriculum is framed with experts and the
courses were made relevant to the need of society. The department organizes
workshops, symposiums and seminars on recent technologies. The department has
adequate infrastructure with well equipped laboratories. The mission of the
department is to help the excellent preparation for leadership in the
profession and in higher education and enable students to face the industry
with full of confidence and to tune them with the Human values and soft skills.
VISION
To
provide a high-quality undergraduate education in computer science that
prepares students for productive careers and life long learning.
MISSION
ü To
demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving techniques using the computer.
ü To
demonstrate proficiency in at least two high-level programming languages and
two operating systems
ü To
show the ability to analyze a problem, and identify and define the computing
requirements appropriate to its solution.
ü To
show the ability to function effectively on teams to accomplish a common goal.
ü To
sensitize the students to the social realities around them with the vision of
making them responsible citizen.
OBJECTIVES

develop the soft and language skills so as to make them feel confident and

to the Department of Computer Science. Computer Science is an essence of
today’s world. We are committed to provide not only the technical education to
our students but also the leadership qualities through which they can create
employment to others. The department has highly experienced and dedicated
faculty to impart quality education to the students. In addition to academics,
the department strives for the holistic development of students by arranging
various activities like workshops, seminars, conferences and industrial visits.
The department has well equipped laboratories. I congratulate the faculty
