Eligibility criteria for UG programme : 10 + 2 pattern
For Admission: A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) (Academic / Vocational Stream) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or an examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the syndicate of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli.

Eligibility norms for Pre Ph.D. (M.Phil) Programme
A candidate who has passed the PG programme with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University or possesses qualification accepted by the syndicate of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University as equivalent examination. For SC/ST candidates there will be 5% relaxation in marks.
